I'm writing this review as a warning to other parents about my terrible online shopping experience. We ordered glasses for our 12-year-old, but he couldn't see with them. A trip back to the doctor confirmed the pupillary distance was wrong—a number the site never prompted us for and just assumed incorrectly. My direct feeling and conclusion about this is simple: Please know you will never be able to reach a human at glassesusa and have a real phone conversation if you call them, so plan on frustration if your glasses are not correct. Email interactions are too slow, causing the process to drag on. I felt I had no choice but to keep trying to contact them to fix this for my son, which led to this conversation.
Customer: Hello? I've been trying to get a hold of someone for days. The glasses you made for my son are wrong. His doctor says the PD is incorrect, and your website never even asked for it!
