Warning: My $372 Order Became a Customer Service Nightmare ⚖️
I’m writing this as a warning about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. After spending a significant amount of money, I was left with a defective product and a customer service system that feels designed to make you give up. The whole situation was infuriating, and my frustration is best summarized by the review I was forced to post: "UPDATE: Issue still not resolved. After FINALLY TALKING TO A HUMAN, THEY SENT THE WRONG INFORMATION FOR THE RETURN. Ineptitude at its finest. My lawyers will have a field day with this if it does not get resolved. Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! Lawyers will be contacted in order to rectify this. No more business from me." This experience is why I had to get on the phone with them, yet again.
Customer: I've been trying to reach a real person for days! I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched, and your bot keeps sending a return label to an email I never receive. Then, the information I finally got was wrong!
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had, and I sincerely apologize for the scratched glasses and the issues with our return system. Let me personally handle this for you right now. Can I have your order number?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. I just want a correct return label so I can send these back. I've wasted so much time I'm ready to contact my lawyer. This is ineptitude at its finest.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration and I assure you, we will get this resolved. I've pulled up your order. I am generating a new return label and will send it directly to your email while we are on the phone to ensure you receive it.
Customer: Fine. Just make it work this time. I will not be a customer again after this disaster.
CS Rep: I understand. I've just sent the new label. Please check your inbox. Again, I truly apologize for this entire ordeal. This is not the standard of service we aim for.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
