My $372 Nightmare: Trapped in a Customer Service Black Hole 😡
I'm writing this to warn anyone considering this website. My experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel obligated to share it so others can be cautious. After spending a significant amount of money, I was met with a defective product and a customer service black hole. My final verdict is this: I've been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! This infuriating loop is what forced me to finally get on the phone and demand to speak with an actual person.
Customer: I've been in a loop with your useless chatbot for two days! I paid $372 for scratched glasses, and I cannot get a return label. The email never arrives. I need to talk to a real person and get this fixed now!
