I recently ordered glasses online, specifically choosing and paying for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days" to produce. This company felt like nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping customers off for services they charge for and do not provide. I felt utterly frustrated, trying to get a refund for a service clearly not met, but hitting a wall of automated bots and unanswered emails. That's why I felt I had to reach out to their customer service.

Customer: I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," but my order email says production takes three business days. How is that "next day"? And why can't I reach a human through your automated line or live chat? CS Rep: I apologize for the confusion and your frustration. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Can I please get your order number to look into this for you? Customer: It's #123456789. I also emailed and tried the chat bot repeatedly with no response about this delivery issue. I paid for next day, not "next week." CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see the discrepancy with the shipping. I deeply apologize for the misleading delivery option and the difficulty you faced reaching us. I can immediately process a full refund for your $19.95 shipping fee. Customer: So, I get the refund, but I still don't get my glasses when promised, and I had to fight just to speak to someone. It’s unacceptable. CS Rep: I completely understand your disappointment. We are reviewing our delivery options to prevent this from happening again, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
