Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, a cautionary tale I hope saves you from similar frustration. I ordered safety glasses, expecting a simple and correct transaction. Instead, I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea every time I tried to wear them. It was utterly unacceptable. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because it became impossible to get a hold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails.
Customer: Hello, I've received safety glasses with the wrong prescription, and they're making me dizzy and nauseous. I've tried reaching someone for days! CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience, sir/ma'am. That sounds incredibly uncomfortable and unacceptable. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: It's #XYZ12345. This has been going on for too long; I need these for work and can't use them. I'm really disappointed with the lack of support I've received until now. CS Rep: Thank you for that. I see your order for safety glasses. We will absolutely correct this for you. I'm arranging for a new pair with the correct prescription to be shipped out via expedited service, and I'll send you a prepaid label for the return of the incorrect ones.
